What you licence
Everything needed to open and teach
Delivered under the Robocode name at your registered locations. You are licensing a programme that runs every week in our own centres, not a set of slides.
Nineteen courses
Robotics, game development, AI, cyber security, 3D printing and mechanical engineering, and computer science. Over 475 guided learning hours, from first circuits to autonomous drones and neural networks. Plus a Younger Programme for ages six to nine.
BCS qualifications
BCS Level 1 Robotics Award and Level 2 Thinking as a Coder, available from the Growth tier upward. Examinations are sat in English.
The learning platform
Mission-based lessons, progress tracking, badges and ranks, teacher dashboards and reporting. Hosted and maintained by us, charged per location per month.
Real hardware
Raspberry Pi, ESP32, sensors, motors and the rest. Students build machines that work and take them home. Kits are bought from Robocode at your tier price.
Territory protection
From location level on Growth, to district level on Professional, to market exclusivity on Enterprise. Starter carries no exclusivity, which is why it is priced as an entry point.
Training and support
Teacher certification, onboarding, and quarterly business reviews on the upper tiers. Onboarding runs six to eight weeks from signing.
Licensing
What it costs
A tier is the number of courses you can deliver. Everything else, from licence price to exclusivity, follows from it. Every fee is published.
Running a pilot? A single course is available at £15,000 a year, up to three courses.
Gulf markets
GCC packages
Partners across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman take the same four tiers with Arabic localisation added: an Arabic interface, translated course materials matching your tier, and onboarding documentation in both languages.
Translation is a one-time setup fee at signing rather than a mark-up on the licence, so the underlying tier price is the same one every other market pays.

How it works
Signing to teaching, in six to eight weeks
Tell us about your market
Where you are, how many students you expect in year one, and when you want to open. We come back with a tailored proposal rather than a brochure.
Choose a tier
Course count, licence volume, locations and exclusivity. The calculator on this site gives you the year one figure in your own currency before we ever speak.
Contract and onboarding
Licence signed, platform provisioned, kits ordered, teachers certified. Six to eight weeks from signing to your first lesson.
Teach, and renew
Licences run for a contract year. Renewal is discounted against your original fee, provided you have used at least 70% of the licences you bought.
What we do not do
Worth knowing before you spend time on this, rather than after.
Common questions
Before you enquire
What exactly is a licence?
What does it cost in year one?
Can we teach online?
Can we use our own brand?
What happens at renewal?
Are the qualifications available everywhere?
We only want one subject.
We would rather run full centres than licence courses.

Tell us about your market
We reply within 48 hours with a proposal built around your market and the numbers you give us, rather than a generic pack. The more precise you are here, the more useful that first reply will be.
What you will get back
A tailored proposal
Priced for the tier and volumes that actually fit what you have described.

Where it is a fit, an account for the partner portal: the full calculator, revenue modelling and quote builder.
